Returns and Exchange Policy
We will gladly accept unopened returns up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund. We can also exchange your unopened product up to 60 days from the purchase date. All returns and exchanges must be unopened and in their original packaging. Refunds and exchanges will be fulfilled once we have received and inspected the original item(s) purchased. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly suggest choosing a shipping option that provides you with a tracking number so that you can make sure your return makes it back to us. Clearance items and items purchased with a discount of 30% or more are considered final sale and may not be returned.
Damaged/Defective Items or Incorrect Orders:
We check all items for any damage before shipping them out to you and also check to ensure all items are packed properly, but we know that we sometimes make mistakes. If you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, or believe something is missing from your order, please let us know as soon as possible.
