Do you sell bagged tea? Or just loose leaf?

Our focus is solely on loose leaf at this time because the quality is our priority! When you can see, touch, smell, and hold the leaves you'll never want to switch back to the dusty commercial bags from the grocery store!

 

How do I use an infuser?

Infusers are simply a barrier between your leaves and your hot water. With our stainless steel infuser with the lid, simply place it in your cup, add a teaspoon of tea, and pour hot water over the top. You can place the lid back on to keep it warm and then use the lid after as a saucer when you remove your infuser to keep your counter/table dry. For the silicone leaf shaped infuser, pinch right above the metal basket to remove the handle, fill with a teaspoon of tea, and pinch/adjust the handle back into the basket until it fits in the grooves. Steep by placing it in the mug and pouring water over. This infuser also comes with a drip tray to place it on when finished. 

 

Can I buy a gift card?

Absolutely! Just purchase the amount you desire and you can email it to your recipient or print it to mail/hand deliver.

 

What is your return policy?

We love our products and want you to love them, too! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please see our policy below. 

We will gladly accept unopened returns up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund. We can also exchange your unopened product up to 60 days from the purchase date. All returns and exchanges must be unopened and in their original packaging. Refunds and exchanges will be fulfilled once we have received and inspected the original item(s) purchased. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly suggest choosing a shipping option that provides you with a tracking number so that you can make sure your return makes it back to us. Clearance items and items purchased with a discount of 40% or more are considered final sale and may not be returned. 

 

Damaged/Defective Items or Incorrect Orders:
We check all items for any damage before shipping them out to you and also check to ensure all items are packed properly, but we know that we sometimes make mistakes. If you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, or believe something is missing from your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing rachelle@decemberlarks.com.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat $4.99 for all orders under $35. For orders above $35 shipping is always free! Most packages are sent via USPS First Class, but the heavier packages may go Priority. 

 

Do you ship world-wide?
Currently, we offer standard shipping to customers within the United States. If you live outside of the US and would like a shipping quote, please email  rachelle@decemberlarks.com
